RESERVATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reservations can be processed through our Web Portal.\u00a0https:\/\/www.hospedajesinsite.com<\/a><\/p>\n

All prices are in Mexican Pesos and include 16% VAT (Value Added Tax) and 4% ISH (Lodging Tax).<\/p>\n

Hospedajes In Site accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit\/debit card payments. The available payment options are displayed during the booking process on the website.<\/p>\n

Once your booking has been successfully completed, a booking confirmation will be issued and sent to the email address provided in your booking, which indicates general details of your booking.<\/p>\n

CHECK-IN\/CHECK-OUT<\/strong><\/p>\n

check-in time is after 15:00 hrs.<\/p>\n

Check-out time is before 11:00 hrs.<\/p>\n

SECURITY DEPOSIT<\/strong><\/p>\n

A deposit of $10,000.00 MXN is required as a guarantee and will be charged at the time of booking. It will be returned at the end of your stay after verifying compliance with the rules of the flat and these regulations.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately by telephone or email.<\/p>\n

PAYMENT ON WEBSITE<\/strong><\/p>\n

To enhance your experience and make your booking with security and simplicity, we currently have a payment gateway through Openpay.<\/p>\n

Payment Method<\/p>\n

Full payment: the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of making the reservation.<\/p>\n

Payment Option<\/p>\n

The payment of the reservation can be made by any of the payment methods offered by the site, being these: credit card, debit card, bank transfer, payment in self-service and\/or convenience stores affiliated to the \"Openpay\" system.<\/p>\n
