Accommodation
The apartment belongs to one of the most exclusive condominiums in Colonia Roma Norte, it is located on the fourth floor outside, however the street of Sinaloa where the condominium is located is not a busy street so it is not noisy as could be apartments that are on the outside of main avenues. It has a washer dryer so you can wash your clothes, the condo has no gas installations, it is electric and hot water is supplied by a boiler of the condominium which makes it very safe. It is ideal for long stays and home office because of the internet speed of 100 megas. It has a balcony with a beautiful view to the street where you can enjoy a coffee.

Guest access
The common areas can be used by guests (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, ping pong table, pool table) only the Roof Garden can not be used for social events as they are not allowed visits to the condominium in the form of long stays for policies of the same condominium, only access is allowed to previously registered guests, to use them you just have to register in the lobby.

Other notable aspects
By condominium policies no visitors are allowed, access is only for pre-registered guests so it is very important when you make the reservation come the precise number of guests and you have to send photo IDs of all guests so that you can make the pre-registration in administration. The check in is from 3pm however by condominium policies our staff must deliver the apartment personally so if your arrival is after 9pm is necessary you can support with uber transportation of the person who will deliver you and a tip for compensation for the extemporaneous schedule since you can no longer get public transportation to move to your home. When you check out it is important to hand in the badges that you received in the lobby when you checked in.
